injury, disability, or heart attack payable from the fishermen's fund;                                                          
relating to claims against protection and indemnity insurance policies                                                          
of vessel owners; and providing for an effective date" which had been                                                           
held in third reading (page 887) was not taken up on today's calendar.                                                          
The bill will be on the May 3 calendar.
